Choose the image design # you want. If choosing Design #10, be sure to include your text you want (max of 12 characters per each side of heart). There is no font options as these are burned on by hand individually. Burned on front side only.

Dimensions:  Keychain ring is 20 mm diameter (inner).   Keychain total height when finished is 55mm, width 50mm, (with keychain 95mm). Available in 3 different leather colors: Saddle tan, golden brown and turquoise.  Keychain is stainless color.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you will have 7 days from date of delivery to inform me by email and plan for the return in unused condition in original packaging. All postage, packaging, handling, duties and taxes will be at the customers cost to return. Shipping is nonrefundable.

Any items that have been altered from the standard production to meet a request of the customer is considered a "custom order" as well as orders of 5 or more quantity. Because of the nature of custom orders, they are not eligible for return or refund. Please ensure all details are accurate before payment.

By placing an order with me, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any applicable extra charges as listed above in the shipping and delivery section. Failure to pay these charges may result in your package being returned or discarded by customs, and I am unable to offer refunds in such cases.

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days after completion.  Custom-made orders will vary for completion and delivery dates, which will be communicated by email once you submit for a quote for services.  If I experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra time for delivery during peak periods.

International Shipping disclaimer

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country.  Any costs associated with this will be the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.  I have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.  Customs prices vary by country.  Also it is important to note that delays at border customs are also beyond my control and may impact the delivery date.  It is recommended to contact your local customs office before purchasing if you are not sure.
